We love pets at NEX Senior Apartments! Our community welcomes up to two furry friends per home. There’s a $30 monthly pet rent and a one-time $300 pet fee for each pet, due at move-in. Some breed restrictions apply. Pet fees and restrictions do not apply to assistance animals.
